Lost packages can not be SAUBOON's responsibility once it ships from our studio and tracking confirms it was delivered.

Certain situations deem careful consideration before SAUBOON issues a product refund.  We reserve the right to approve or deny a refund request.

SAUBOON may replace items if they are defective or damaged due to shipping. We may require photos or other proof of the damage to determine if an exchange is warranted. Please contact SAUBOON within 2 days of receiving your order with any questions: sauboonsoaps@gmail.com.


As much as we work to please our customers, SAUBOON has a NO RETURN or EXCHANGE policy.  Handcrafted soaps are a personal item, and it can not be resold.

We are happy to change an order if it has not been shipped for another in-stock product.  Any orders, however, that have already shipped can not be canceled or refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order.


USPS® will deliver Priority Mail  packages to anywhere in the USA (and territories) within 1 to 3 days (holidays may cause delays).  All Priority Mail packages include full door-to-door tracking, so you can keep an eye on your order (email required when placing order).  Due to covid-19, unprecedented delay has occurred in many zones.  Unfortunately once packages leave our possession, it is out of our control on the speed of arrival.

Expedited shipping selection ensures that priority is made to process your order immediately upon receipt of your order.  It does not, however, guarantee the speed of USPS Priority Express shipping (contact us directly if there is a need for USPS Priority Express speed) 


SAUBOON handcrafted soap bars have natural ingredients however we take no responsibility to any allergic reactions.  Please be aware any unscented bars can still absorb scents from other ingredients or fragrances surrounding it while curing.
